This policy applies specifically to Brainy Blocks: Lite Edition. Unlike our premium version, this application is supported by third-party advertising and offers an in-app purchase to upgrade to an ad-free experience.

2. Data We DO NOT Collect Directly

The Developer does not directly collect, store, or process any information that personally identifies you ("Personal Data").

Specifically, we do not require or collect:

Your name, email address, phone number or physical address.
User account information or passwords.
Precise geographical location (GPS).

3. Data Collected by Third Parties

Our Service relies on third-party providers for game development, advertising, and payment processing. These providers may automatically collect certain information from your device for operational, analytical, and advertising purposes.

All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Google Play. EDog Studios never receives, processes or stores your payment card information or financial details. Unity IAP facilitates the purchase flow and verifies transaction status, but the financial transaction itself occurs entirely within the platform store.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is intended for a general audience. We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable children's privacy laws.

To ensure compliance with COPPA and international privacy laws (such as GDPR), we utilize a neutral age gate upon first use to capture the user's age tier in local storage as follows:

Children (<13): If a user identifies as under 13, the Service disables behavioral advertising and limits data collection to internal operations only.
Teens (13-17) & Adults (18+): Users may receive personalized ads subject to regional privacy consent (e.g., GDPR/US state-specific dialogs).

We have configured our third-party services, including Unity Analytics, to operate in a child-directed mode, which limits data collection in accordance with COPPA.

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such info, please contact us for immediate removal.

This Service contains third-party advertisements. Clicking on an advertisement may direct you to an external website or store not operated by us. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

All users can limit tracking by resetting their Advertising ID in their mobile device system settings.

7. Regional Consent

In compliance with regional regulations (such as GDPR in Europe or specific US state laws), users in applicable jurisdictions will be presented with a privacy consent dialog powered by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).

For users in applicable regions: You may manage or withdraw your consent for personalized advertising at any time through the "Privacy Settings" link located within the app's Settings menu.

For users in regions where these regulations do not apply, the consent dialog and related settings may not be visible, as determined by our third-party providers.
